Changing the job market for those with disabilities using entrepreneurship
If you want to see a change in the world you must be the change. This is the motto we live by. These wise words have driven us to challenge ourselves to be socially impactful and build an inclusive society. Tee Talent is a social enterprise based in Kitchener, Ontario, founded by Carlos Martins and Shayne Smith, that promotes the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in the workplace. Our ultimate goal is to expand our business and be able to create employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
We believe that entrepreneurship is an effective way to break some misconceptions that our society has towards disabilities. Organizations can join our cause by choosing us as a supplier for custom t-shirts, promotional items or any other service we offer. We are not a charity. We offer companies an opportunity to change the world we live in using social entrepreneurship and adding value to their brand.
