With the recent easing of some COVID-19 federal work site restrictions, and the release of ESDC’s Future of Work Roadmap, it’s time we start to think about what the future of work will look like for all of us in PASRB.
At this stage, most of you will continue to work predominately off-site with opportunities to come to the office centered around the 3 C’s: Connect, Create and Celebrate.
That settled, we currently have the unprecedented opportunity to build our branch for the future, which is why we are seeking your input. The ESDC Pulse Survey, completed in January, provided us with a high-level summary of what we know from across the Department. We now want to narrow the discussion down to our branch level.
Please take the time to respond to the survey and take part in the discussion forum—the results of which will guide our planning in creating our future workplace. Participation is voluntary and your feedback will be shared within PASRB managers and executives to inform PASRB’s future of work planning.
